Est-ce beaucoup ou pas assez\u00a0? Cela repr\u00e9sente <strong>5\u00a0%<\/strong> environ du budget mondial de la riposte au VIH. Et nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 enregistr\u00e9 des succ\u00e8s partiels.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019espoir repose actuellement sur deux grandes \u00e9tudes sur le terrain et de nombreux\u00a0 candidats sont \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude. Qu\u2019en est-il des autres maladies infectieuses<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En Afrique, la tuberculose, le paludisme et le VIH tuent s\u00e9par\u00e9ment plus de cinq fois plus de personnes par an que la <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">COVID-19<\/span> cette ann\u00e9e sur ce continent. Ce sont des probl\u00e8mes colossaux qui perdurent depuis longtemps. . Tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment, de nouveaux vaccins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts contre la tuberculose et le paludisme, mais leur effet n\u2019est pas particuli\u00e8rement satisfaisant. Des discussions sont en cours pour savoir s\u2019il faut les proposer davantage, car ils prot\u00e8gent tout au plus dans 30 % des cas.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La bonne nouvelle est qu\u2019un nouveau vaccin contre le <strong>paludisme<\/strong> vient d\u2019entrer dans la phase trois tant attendue des essais en Afrique et il est le fruit de la m\u00eame organisation qui a produit le vaccin de la COVID-19 AstraZeneca\u00a0Oxford.
