Dans le but d\u2019accompagner les orientations strat\u00e9giques de la riposte nationale au VIH\/Sida et leur appropriation par l\u2019ensemble des employ\u00e9s, l\u2019Unit\u00e9 Suivi \u00c9valuation et Recherche (USER) en tant que sous processus r\u00e9alisation se veut de vulgariser le concept d\u2019organisation apprenante. <\/span><\/h2>\n

Ce dernier consiste au partage de connaissances, de bonnes pratiques et de retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la communication interne et de la performance au sein du SE\/CNLS. <\/span>
\nC\u2019est dans ce contexte que l\u2019USER a initi\u00e9 des rencontres mensuelles sous le concept \u00ab\u00a0les mercredis de l\u2019USER\u00a0\u00bb qui sont un cadre de partage et d\u2019\u00e9changes entre les employ\u00e9s du SE\/CNLS .<\/span><\/h2>\n

L’objectif de cette rencontre d’\u00e9changes est de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s du SE\/CNLS et am\u00e9liorer leur performance organisationnelle et fonctionnelle.<\/span><\/h2>\n

L’ouverture a eu lieu ce Mercredi 02 Septembre 2020 \u00e0 10 heures 30 dans la salle du 4\u00e8me \u00e9tage en pr\u00e9sence du docteur Fatou Nar MBAYE DIOUF, secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutive adjointe. Le sujet du jour portait sur le syst\u00e8me de sauvegarde \u00ab\u00a0WAXANDE \u00ab\u00a0.<\/span>
