{"id":5564,"date":"2019-10-09T12:12:20","date_gmt":"2019-10-09T12:12:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnls.sn\/?post_type=nos_actualites&amp;p=5564"},"modified":"2019-10-09T12:12:20","modified_gmt":"2019-10-09T12:12:20","slug":"reconstitution-du-fonds-mondial-de-lutte-contre-le-sida-la-tuberculose-et-le-paludisme-les-enjeux-de-la-conference-de-lyon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnls.sn\/?p=5564","title":{"rendered":"RECONSTITUTION DU FONDS MONDIAL DE LUTTE CONTRE LE SIDA, LA TUBERCULOSE ET LE PALUDISME : LES ENJEUX DE LA CONF\u00c9RENCE DE LYON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les <strong>9 et 10 octobre 2019<\/strong>, la <strong>France<\/strong> accueille la<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> sixi\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence de reconstitution des ressources du Fonds mondial contre le Sida, la tuberculose et le paludisme.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organis\u00e9e tous les trois ans, cette r\u00e9union rassemble les grands acteurs de la sant\u00e9 mondiale dans l\u2019optique de recueillir des fonds et de mobiliser des partenaires pour \u00e9radiquer de la plan\u00e8te ces trois maladies infectieuses les plus destructrices d\u2019ici <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2030<\/span>, comme le pr\u00e9voient les Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable des Nations unies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">DIVISER DE MOITI\u00c9 LE TAUX DE MORTALIT\u00c9<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019objectif de cette conf\u00e9rence est de collecter au minimum <strong>14 milliards de dollars.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Concr\u00e8tement, ces fonds permettront de r\u00e9duire le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s li\u00e9s aux trois maladies \u00e0 1,3 millions en 2023, contre 2,5 millions en 2017 et 4,1 millions en 2005, de sauver 16 millions de vies entre 2021 et 2023, mais aussi pr\u00e9venir 234 millions d\u2019infections ou de cas, soit une baisse de 42% du taux d&rsquo;incidence li\u00e9 aux trois maladies.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2002, le Fonds mondial aurait permis de sauver, selon un communiqu\u00e9, \u00ab<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> plus de 22 millions de vies<\/span>\u00bb.
