Un montant <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">01 milliard 460 millions<\/span> est attendu. Des fonds qui seront allou\u00e9s aux <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">programmes destin\u00e9s aux populations cl\u00e9s<\/span> d\u2019une part et d\u2019autre part \u00e0 ceux qui ont pour but de <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">lever les obstacles li\u00e9s aux droits de l&rsquo;Homme qui freinent l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services de sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de l\u2019atelier de trois jours qui va se d\u00e9rouler \u00e0 travers un<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> processus participati<\/span>f permettant de discuter avec les<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> populations cl\u00e9s<\/span> et toutes les <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">parties prenantes<\/span> sur la d\u00e9finition des priorit\u00e9s nationales (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">discrimination et stigmatisation, harc\u00e8lement des forces de l\u2019ordre, difficult\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux structures de sant\u00e9 entre autres<\/span>\u2026).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l\u2019issue de cet atelier, le point sera fait sur les \u00e9tapes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, les gaps programmatiques seront identifi\u00e9s de m\u00eame que les interventions prioritaires \u00a0et la<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> note conceptuelle sur les fonds catalytiques \u00e9labor\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le conseil National de lutte contre le Sida et ses partenaires ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 ce Mercredi,les travaux d\u2019\u00e9laboration de la note conceptuelle pour les fonds catalytiques.
