Les m\u00e9decins qui \u00e9taient conscients de<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> l\u2019inefficacit\u00e9<\/span> de ces produits \u00e9taient <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">contraints<\/span> d\u2019avouer qu\u2019ils marchaient \u00e0 merveille par peur de<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> repr\u00e9sailles<\/span>. En somme, ce programme, a aggrav\u00e9 la situation des s\u00e9ropositifs dans le pays.
